The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town. The staff, including Poomaz, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could improve the breakfast experience would be to have more variety in the pastry options.

Loved the fact that it was comfortable, clean and fulfilled all expectations for trip in Ella. Everything was really good and I got wake up service for free. Staff was excellent and helpful, assisted me with everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to explore the area. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious, and the views of Ella Rock from my room were breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I also appreciated the mini fridge and the rooftop terrace for morning yoga. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

poomaz peace palace was the best stay ever! perfect location, close to cafes and attractions. owner poomaz was incredibly helpful and even offered a great rate for currency exchange. delicious breakfast with a stunning view of ella rock. 100 stars!

Stayed here for xmas and it was a great experience! the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of local dishes that were full of flavor. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Definitely a memorable xmas stay!

The noise from construction was a bit bothersome at times, but it was only temporary and didn't really detract from the overall experience.

During our short stay at Poomaz Peace Palace, we were greeted with warm hospitality by the owner, Poorna. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even offered to pick us up from the train station. The location of the guest house was perfect, with easy access to the bus station, restaurants, and supermarkets. We were able to explore the nearby attractions such as Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam's Peak within walking distance. The room itself was cool and comfortable, with hot water for the shower. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast on the terrace, with breathtaking views of Ella Rock. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and exceptional service.

There were occasional noise disturbances from drunken partygoers on the street in the late hours, but this can easily be resolved with ear plugs. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from installing mosquito nets on the windows for a more comfortable sleep during hot days.

The hosts here were really friendly and so helpful, and the apartment is conveniently located right by Mini Adams Peak.

I loved waking up to the sunrise over the mountains. the breakfast they prepared was delicious and kept me full for the whole day. the hot water bath was the best I had in Sri Lanka and the rooftop terrace was perfect for morning yoga with breathtaking views. a spectacular stay!

He arranged transportation for us and even customized our breakfast to our liking. the location of the accommodation was perfect, near the main road and within easy reach of cafes and attractions. the cleanliness and comfort of the room were also exceptional. it was the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka, thanks to the kindness and assistance of the owner. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍.
